CSC's NOAA BPA offers National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Department of Commerce IT professionals the most cost-effective and efficient method for securing contractor expertise to support mission-critical objectives. CSC has teamed with RSIS to provide comprehensive and in-depth coverage for the wide variety of hardware and software platforms within NOAA. The CSC/RSIS team provides a breadth and depth of programming skill sets with experience in both scientific and business applications.

Both firms are highly respected Information Technology (IT) companies with previous experience providing similar services to government and commercial clients.
