You can use this feature to give a lecture or to provide

Naval Medical Information Management Center (NMIMC)
For the U.S. Navy, CSC has developed a system that will
allow medical personnel around the world to define the
requirements for all U.S. Navy theater medical support. The
system, which will be available on 125 desktops, will allow
users to develop, comment on, and manage the project online.
